Foreign Nationals can acquire real estate in Turkey in some conditions
These conditions are
There should be a reciprocity between country and Turkey regarding to the real estate acqusition
The total area of all lands a foreign national can own Turkey can not exceed 2,5 hectares
Foreign Nationals are not allowed to buy property in military, strategic areas
These are the most important conditions for a foreign people who want to purchase land or house in Turkey
But please be informed that there is no difference between Turkish people and Foreign people regarding to Housing
