I think there's been a kind of war here. but, even if it's a war, it makes you talk english in here eventually. it's good to see that huh. or, I didn't think that anyone would start a converstaion here . I hope it goes on. And I wanna add something more. people always do make mistakes whilst they are speaking a foreign language. so it's better tolerating them. it's pointless to bring them down and break their courages beacuse they might want to retreat speaking which they already hardly speak. it's just pointless guys. nowhere to reach...

as I know it means 'laughing out loud' so when someone said something funny, you can use this phrase which showing you are having a really good laughter at the time.
